      <p>The Marietta PDE<font size="2">™</font> software is continually being
      upgraded and enhanced.&nbsp; We normally produce minor software updates
      every 6 to 10 weeks and major updates every 4 to 6 months.&nbsp;&nbsp; If
      a critical error is found, we will produce an emergency update to repair
      the error.</p>
      <p>Minor updates are free to existing licensed customers of the last major
      update.&nbsp;&nbsp; To date, we have also provided major updates for free,
      but that will change at some point in the future.</p>
      <p>It is possible that some future updates will require specific Palm OS
      versions.&nbsp; We currently support all Palm OS versions since 3.0, but
      some features are only be available with more recent Palm OS
      versions.&nbsp; We recommend use of OS version 3.5 or later.<br>
